Mediations is an annual publication of FIMS student writing and artwork that is distributed at the end of each academic year. Mediations is a student-run academic journal in the name of faculty-wide appreciation for the work cultivated within our faculty, by our students.
Students as readers will see what their peers have to offer in the realm of critical thinking, and students as contributors will have the opportunity to share their knowledge and express their own interpretations of learned concepts in a school publication. The purpose of Mediations is to foster intellectual growth and celebrate academic excellence in a tangible form that can be enjoyed for years to come.
Students can submit up to two papers and/or up to two pieces of visual artwork to be considered for publication. Please send all submissions to Marisa Cho at firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday, March 13th at 11:59pm.
Our FIMS panel of professors will select the top papers that will be sent to publication with all art submissions and will be distributed in early April in print and online through Issuu.
